In Your Law we periodically organize events in the Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Tehran in which we provide information about the different ways to acquire a residence in Spain through investment.
A group of professionals (economists, lawyers, real estate agents) travel to Iran in order to help Iranian citizens, their families and also their companies to settle in Spain and access the personal, economic and market advantages of settling in a safe and stable country with an attractive and open economy such as Spain.
On December 9, 2019 a joint event with the Spanish law firm Your Law was held at the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Tehran.
At the event in addition to the participation of Spanish lawyer Jose Ignacio Ariza managing partner of Your Law, we also had the privilege to listen to other participants such as Mr. Emilio Carmona, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of Spain in Tehran, Siavosh Vafae real estate agent in Spain and partner of Argentoria Real Estate and Mr. Mohammadkazem Jalili businessman and holder of an investor residence card in Spain, who spoke about his experience with our firm in the process of acquiring his properties and his residence in Spain.
From November 8th to 9th, 2020, three informative sessions were held at the Commercial Office of the Embassy in Tehran, in which the Spanish lawyer José Ignacio Ariza explained the different methods of acquiring a Spanish residency, its benefits and advantages.
A simultaneous translator from Spanish to Farsi was available for the presentations.
The talk was introduced by Mr. Antonio Estévez Marin, Economic and Commercial Counselor in Tehran who spoke about the stability and potential of the Spanish economy and the Iranian investment in the real estate sector in Spain.The conference ended with a round of questions from the audience. Advantages of the Investor residence:
- Authorization to move freely throughout Schengen territory.
- Visa and residence authorization are valid to work and reside in the whole national territory, including family members if they meet the age foreseen in the labor regulations.
- Fast deadlines:
- Visas: 10 days.
- Authorizations: 20 days.
- The renewal does not require effective residence in Spain, only a visit during the period of residence.
